Shubham Gajendra Shah co-founded GVN with a conviction shaped by three generations of public service: that a community’s strength is measured not by its size, but by how reliably its members show up for one another when it matters.
A civil engineer and Managing Director of his family’s industrial gas manufacturing business, Shubham brings the discipline of running an operating enterprise into GVN’s design — building a network where trust is verified, not assumed, and where every member’s success is treated as a shared responsibility rather than an individual pursuit.
Why GVN Was Founded
The gap was clear: business communities had networking, but they did not have trust systems. GVN was built to fill that gap.

Networking groups were large but shallow. Referrals were passed without verification, and relationships rarely went beyond surface-level contacts.
The Insight
Trust cannot be assumed — it must be structured. A community that verifies its members, tracks its referrals, and holds members accountable creates a different kind of network.

GVN's three-tier committee structure (District, State, National) ensures every member is verified, every referral is tracked, and every member is accountable to shared values.

A Note on Governance
GVN operates through a transparent three-tier structure with clear reporting and accountability.
District Level
Weekly meetings chaired by the District President. Handles member verification, referral tracking, and local operations.
State Level
Monthly meetings bringing together District Presidents. Handles cross-district coordination and state-level initiatives.
National Level
Quarterly meetings plus Annual General Meeting. Handles national policy, major initiatives, and organizational direction.
Financial Transparency: All financial matters are reported through the committee structure. The National Committee presents a full financial report at the Annual General Meeting.
